Maison Orphée Dijon Mustard, Organic (250 ml)

A sharp, smooth Dijon with an ochre colour and a clean, pungent bite. It is built on a short ingredient list, just organic mustard seeds, organic apple cider vinegar, and sea salt, with no added sugar or preservatives. It also leaves out garlic and onion, which suits a low FODMAP kitchen. Whisk it into a vinaigrette, stir it into mayonnaise, or spread it on sandwiches and grilled meats.
