Shipping policy
Ordering deadline: order by midnight Monday for pickup or delivery that Wednesday or Thursday. Orders placed Tuesday to Thursday are for the following week.

Pickup: free at any of 10 pickup spots across Central Alberta, on that spot's day (Wednesday or Thursday) and during its hours. The full list is in the cart and at steelpony.ca/locations.

Home delivery: Red Deer city (postal codes T4N, T4P, T4R) plus Gasoline Alley. South of the river on Wednesdays, north of the river on Thursdays, usually between 2:30 and 4:30 pm. Delivery is $7.

Packing fee: every order carries a $2 packing fee, which covers sorting and packing each order by hand. Members don't pay it.

Minimum order: $50 of products per order, for pickup and delivery.

Mail (seed garlic only): seed garlic can be mailed anywhere in Canada by tracked parcel. Shipping is priced by weight and shown at checkout before you pay. Fresh food can't be mailed, so seed garlic has to be checked out on its own.
