A rustic style focaccia with a soft, airy crumb, topped with melted cheese and our housemade chili oil for a rich, aromatic heat.

Ingredients: Flour, water, salt, yeast, cheese, housemade chili oil (pasilla chilis, arbol chilis, ancho chilis, guajillo chilis, ginger, star anise, black cardamom, Sichuan peppercorn, mushroom powder, sugar, salt, cumin, black pepper, garlic, shallots, canola oil).

Size: Approximately 5 x 9 inch loaf.
