Coconut Cream, Organic

A thick, full-cream coconut cream made from just coconut and water, with no gums or stabilizers. It is richer than coconut milk, so it whips, thickens curries, and adds body to soups and desserts without thinning them down. Stir or shake before use, since some separation is normal without fillers.

Made by Cha's Organics, a Montreal fair trade company, from coconuts grown in organic orchards in Sri Lanka. Certified organic and fair trade.
