Organic extra-firm tofu made from Canadian soybeans, 350 g. The driest and densest of the three textures — holds up to high heat, slices clean, and crisps well in a pan or oven. Good for stir fries, fajita strips, cubed into curries, or anywhere you want tofu that keeps its shape. Non-GMO and gluten free. Made by Soykei in Quebec.
