Short spiral pasta fermented with a natural sourdough culture, which begins breaking down the gluten before it ever reaches your plate. The addition of organic wholegrain buckwheat flour gives this rotini a slightly higher fibre content than Kaslo's regular sourdough pastas, along with a subtle earthiness that holds up well in heartier sauces and cold pasta salads. Use it anywhere you'd reach for a standard rotini.
