Croissant soaked in rum syrup, filled with almond cream and topped with sliced almonds.

Made from scratch by Arrae Pâtisserie in Red Deer and frozen so you can bake them fresh at home. Home-baked, they won't get quite the same colour and rise as the ones in Arrae's case, but they taste and smell just as good.

Ingredients: Flour, water, milk, eggs, yeast, honey, sugar, salt, malt flour, butter, almond flour, sliced almonds, dark rum.

Contains: Wheat, milk, eggs, almonds. Contains alcohol.

Baking instructions

  1. Thaw the croissants in the fridge overnight.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F on convection bake.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the croissants on the pan.
  4. Bake in the middle of the oven for 12–15 minutes.
  5. Let cool for 10 minutes.
