Croissants, Take & Bake Jalapeño Popper

Butter croissant with a jalapeño cream cheese filling and everything seasoning on top, frozen before baking.

Made from scratch by Arrae Pâtisserie in Red Deer and frozen so you can bake them fresh at home. Home-baked, they won't get quite the same colour and rise as the ones in Arrae's case, but they taste and smell just as good.

Ingredients: Flour, water, milk, eggs, yeast, honey, sugar, salt, malt flour, butter, jalapeño, cream cheese, cheddar, onion flakes, garlic, pepper. Everything seasoning: black and white sesame seeds, dried minced garlic, dried onion flakes, sea salt, black pepper, poppy seeds.

Contains: Wheat, milk, eggs, sesame.

Baking instructions (keep frozen until you bake)

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F on convection bake.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the pastries on the pan and let them thaw for 10–15 minutes.
3. Bake in the middle of the oven for 20–25 minutes, or until they reach the colour you like.
4. Let cool for 10 minutes.
