Danish, Take & Bake Strawberry

Butter Danish with a vanilla cream cheese filling and strawberries.

Made from scratch by Arrae Pâtisserie in Red Deer and frozen so you can bake them fresh at home. Home-baked, they won't get quite the same colour and rise as the ones in Arrae's case, but they taste and smell just as good.

Ingredients: Flour, water, milk, eggs, yeast, honey, sugar, salt, malt flour, butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract, strawberries.

Contains: Wheat, milk, eggs.

Baking instructions (keep frozen until you bake)

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F on convection bake.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the pastries on the pan and let them thaw for 10–15 minutes.
3. Bake in the middle of the oven for 20–25 minutes, or until they reach the colour you like.
4. Let cool for 10 minutes.
