Our Tibetan garlic, a hot Himalayan hardneck. The bulbs run 2 to 2.5 inches across and can carry a dozen cloves or more.

The heat comes through hardest raw, so use it in dressings, salsas, and anything uncooked. Cooking mellows it.

Sold fresh and uncured. Keep it in the fridge like any other fresh vegetable.

Grown without chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides.
