250ml. A serious upgrade to a traditional Ketchup.
Ultra ripe tomatoes, onions and garlic are fermented for a minimum of 4 weeks. After fermentation 22 different herbs and spices are added, as well as raw apple cider vinegar and a small amount of unrefined dark brown sugar. This results in a ketchup that is much more flavorful, much more savory, much less sweet and ultimately much better for you than a traditional ketchup (i.e. Tomato flavored syrup).
Ingredients: Fresh Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Onion, Apple Cider Vinegar, Vinegar, Demerara Sugar, Garlic, Salt, Spices.
