A raw dressing and marinade in one bottle, cold-pressed and never heated. It is built on cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, and unlike most bottled dressings it skips refined sugar entirely, taking its sweetness from whole pitted dates. Toss it through a green salad, or brush it onto vegetables before roasting. Keep it refrigerated and shake well before pouring, since the olive oil firms up in the cold.

Ingredients: filtered water, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, unfiltered apple cider vinegar, whole pitted dates, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, grey sea salt, white chia seeds, black pepper. Vegan and gluten-free.
