These sourdough blueberry scones are fully prepared and frozen, ready to bake fresh at home. Studded with juicy blueberries and naturally leavened with sourdough starter, they bake up tender on the inside with lightly crisp edges. An easy, low-effort way to enjoy fresh bakery-quality scones at home.

Ingredients:
Flour, sourdough starter, blueberries, egg, cream, butter, sugar, baking powder, salt.

Baking Instructions

Bake directly from frozen.

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Arrange scones with space between them
4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until lightly golden and baked through
5. Cool slightly before serving
   

Optional: drizzle with vanilla sugar glaze once baked and cooled.
