Tuna, Sea Salt

Wild skipjack tuna packed in large chunks with just a pinch of sea salt and no added oil or water, so there is nothing to drain. Skipjack is softer and richer than albacore, which makes it good in sandwiches, salads, pasta, and melts. Pole and line caught, which keeps bycatch low.

Caught in an MSC-certified fishery in the Maldives and packed by Raincoast Trading, a Canadian company.
