Maison Orphée Balsamic Vinegar, Organic (500 ml)

An organic balsamic that pours dark, with a sweet, woody aroma and a balanced tang. It comes from Modena, made through a double fermentation and aged three years in oak, and it stays unpasteurized. Whisk it into a vinaigrette with olive oil, drizzle it over grilled vegetables or fresh strawberries, or add a spoonful to a sauce as it simmers. 6% acidity.

Ingredients: organic balsamic vinegar (contains naturally occurring sulphites).
