Freshly harvested organic red potatoes, grown without synthetic chemicals. Early in the summer, the potato skins haven’t fully set yet, so you might notice the skin peeled or partially came off during cleaning — this is totally normal and just means they should be stored in the fridge. As the season moves into late summer and fall, the skins will thicken, making them perfect for storing in a cool pantry.
