Hand-rolled cabbage rolls from Hung Uke Ukrainian Kitchen in Red Deer, made with brined (sour) cabbage leaves and a seasoned rice filling. No meat.

24 pieces per tray. Frozen.

How to prepare: thaw first for best results. Cover the rolls with water and a small drizzle of oil, cover the tray with foil, and bake at 350°F for 1½ to 2 hours. Optional tomato sauce: mix 10 oz of tomato soup with half a can of water and 2 tablespoons of vinegar, and spread it over the rolls before baking.

Ingredients: brined cabbage, rice, canola oil, onion, salt, white pepper.
