Amano Foods Tamari, Organic (250 ml)

A naturally brewed organic tamari, aged up to a year for a deep, rounded flavour. It pours darker and tastes fuller than a standard soy sauce. Use it anywhere you would use soy sauce: in marinades and stir-fries, whisked into a dressing, or as a dip for sushi and dumplings.

Ingredients: filtered water, organic whole soybeans, organic wheat, sea salt, brewing starter (Aspergillus sojae). Contains soy and wheat.
